Tommie Eddie joins Olimpia Montevideo

Tommie Eddie (201 cm, Mississippi´05) has joined the roster of Club Atletico Olimpia Montevideo (Uruguay, LUB) for the 2013/2014 season. The power forward/center was in good touch during the 2011/2012 season while playing for Atletico Cordon in the Uruguayan LUB. During that spell in Uruguay he offered impressive averages of 21.7 points and 7.8 rebounds per game.

Last season the American played for Clube Recreativo e Desportivo do Libolo (Angola, Division 1) and helped the team reach the league finals and the Angolan Cup final. Tommie Eddie´s previous experience comes from his time in the Portuguese LPB, the BBL in the UK, and also a stint in Luxembourg.
