Spartak and Beverely agree to three-year extension

Spartak Saint Petersburg and Patrick Beverley have agreed to a new three-year contract. Beverley joined Spartak in 2011, and averaged 15.0 points, 5.4 assists, 4.4 assists and 2.1 steals per game in the PBL. During VTB League play, he scored 13.1 points and contributed 5.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.1 steals per game. At the end of the PBL season he was honored with the All-Russian PBL Guard of the Year award.

    Spartak is building respective team this year. I guess the bronze Olympic medal boosted the Russian market!!!
