Simeon Naydenov added by Cheshire Phoenix

Simeon Naydenov (201 cm, Louisville’04) is a new addition to the roster of the Cheshire Phoenix (United Kingdom-BBL) this 2014-15. The Phoenix currently hold the third place in the BBL standings and have a record of 7-5. Naydenov brings experience and some depth to the squad moving forward. Simeon was originally slated to play for Lukoil Academic Sofia (Bulgaria-NBL), but has since opted to head to the U.K. instead. In 2013-14 he helped the Louisville Diesel (UBA) win their conference championships. Prior to that he spent two seasons with Stade Clermontois Basket Auvergne (France-NM1). In 2011-12 he averaged 13.9 ppg and 2.4 rpg.
