Ryan Thompson signed by Crvena Zvezda

Ryan Thompson (198 cm, Rider’10) is being welcomed this 2015/16 season by Serbian powerhouse Crvena Zvezda Telekom Beograd (Serbia-KLS). Thompson brings to the table some championship experience in his resumé. In 2014/15 Thompson was on the roster of Brose Basket Bamberg (Germany-BBL), the 2015 German Bundesliga champions. He played 40 games for them in the German league and was able to average 12.9 ppg and 2.3 rpg. Thompson also represented his club in 17 games in the Eurocup and there he posted averages of 10.7 ppg and 1.7 rpg.

In 2013/14 Ryan played for BC Telenet Oostende (Belgium-Scooore League). In 15 Eurocup games he averaged 12.9 ppg and 2.5 rpg. He recorded averages of 16.1 ppg and 2.5 rpg in the domestic Belgian league, helping Oostende claim the championship in 2014.
