Ricky Minard deals with Goettingen

BG Goettingen of Germany’s BBL is adding some experience to their roster this 2015/16 with the signing of veteran Ricky Minard (196 cm, Morehead State’04). This will be a chance for the 33-year-old journeyman that he still has something left in the tank. Minard had a brief 2014/15 season, playing just five games for SPO Rouen Basket (France-Pro A) before departing the team after two months. He averaged 4.4 ppg and 2.4 apg.

In 2013/14 Ricky suited up for Budivelnyk Kyiv (Ukraine-Superleague). He played 10 games for them in the Euroleague and averaged 8.3 ppg and 3.4 rpg. In 31 games in the Ukrainian league he posted averages of 10.4 ppg and 4.3 rpg.
