Richard Howell joins JuveCaserta

Richard Howell (203 cm, North Carolina State’13) has signed a deal that will see him play for Reggia JuveCaserta in Italy’s Serie A next season. The power forward is coming off a busy 2013/2014 campaign, which was his first in professional Basketball. The American started his pro career in the NBA with the Portland Trailblazers, but he was quickly shipped out to the Idaho Stampede in the Development League where he played twenty games and impressed with averages of 18.0 points and 10.6 rebounds per game.

Richard Howell later moved to the Phillipines and was wearing the jersey of the Tropang Texters (PBA). He featured in fifteen games and once again recorded good number, taking 19.6 points and 18.5 rebounds per game for a stunning double-double average.
