Rian Pearson goes pro with Belediye

Rian Pearson (193 cm, Toledo’14) has signed his first professional deal and will wear the jersey of Akhisar Belediye in the Turkish TB2L this season. The rookie guard has just turned pro after completing his stay at Toledo in the NCAA, where he spent the last four seasons. During his graduating year the guard featured in 34 games and logged averages of 14.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.7 dimes, and 1.7 steals per game.

During the 2012/2013 season Rian Pearson played 28 games for Toledo and averaged 17.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game, while once again posting 1.7 assists and 1.7 assists per game. The American will now head to Turkey for his first pro posting.
