Ramel Curry switches to Virtus Acea

Virtus Acea Roma of Italy’s Serie A has landed veteran guard Ramel Curry (191 cm, CSU Bakersfield’02) this 2015 to add some experience and depth to their backcourt. The player moved there from Limoges CSP Elite (France-Pro A), where he started the 2014/15 season. He played 10 games for Limoges in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and averaged 7.9 ppg and 2.8 apg. He also appeared in six Eurocup games and there he posted averages of 6.3 ppg and 1.5 apg. Ramel was able to play in 21 games in the domestic French Pro A, there he notched averages of 6.6 ppg and 2.5 apg.
