Qyntel Woods inks with Cholet

French Pro A club Cholet Basket is strengthening its roster for the 2015/16 season with the addition of Qyntel Woods (202 cm, Northern Mississippi JC’02). He was originally with Al Qadsia (Kuwait-D1) before opting to head to France and pen a deal with Cholet. The 34-year-old veteran most recently played for AZS Koszalin from Poland’s TBL. In 30 games in the Polish league Qyntel was able to record averages of 19.3 ppg and 7.2 rpg. He put up some solid numbers considering he missed the entire 2013/14 season as he recovered from an injury sustain in 2012/13.
