Otis George inks with Macae

Otis George (205 cm, Louisville’05) is on his way to Brazil to play for NBB team Macae Basquete for the remainder of the season. He has previous experience in the NBB as he wore the Jersey of Minas last season. During the season he hit the hardwood in fifteen games and took averages of 12.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game. Through the 2012/2013 term the Dominican played for Upea Capo d’ Orlando in the Italian Lega Due and offered 13.9 points and 9.0 boards from twenty appearances with the club.

Otis George is a well-travelled player; the centre has played extensively in Italy but also hit the court in the USA and his native Dominican Republic.
