Nikoloz Tskitishvili signs with Champville

nikoloz tskitishviliGeorgian player Nikoloz Tskitishvili (212 cm) has agreed terms with Lebanese team Champville.

There, he will replace Dwayne Jones (211 cm, St.Joseph’s’05). Nikoloz Tskitishvili was just released from Iranian team Mahan. The 29 year old former NBA lottery pick (5th by Denver Nuggets) has had a very long career in both the NBA as well as the European top-level but never really lived up to the huge expectations. In 2002 he was drafted ahead of Amar’e Stoudemire (#9), Caron Butler (#10), Tayshaun Prince (#24) and Carlos Boozer (#35).

That’s what draft is about – expectation and false hope. But like democracy which is surely bad system, but it’s the best available among others.

With the type of money he already has, he can enjoy his life without Middle East adventures.
