Mustafa Shakur lands with Tadamon Zouk

Former NBA guard Mustafa Shakur (190 cm, Arizona’07) is making his way to Lebanon to play for Tadamon Zouk (Division A) this 2014. Shakur began the 2013-14 season playing for the Eerie Bay Hawks (USA-D-League). In 23 games he averaged 18.9 ppg and 6.8 apg. In January 2014 Mustafa was traded to the Tulsa 66ers (USA-D-League). He played a total of 17 games for his new team and posted averages of 14.6 ppg and 5.4 apg. In March Shakur was signed to a 10-day contract by the Oklahoma City Thunder. He played three games, but saw very minimal usage. He averaged 0.3 ppg and 1.3 apg while spending just 3.7 mpg on the floor. After his brief stint he then returned to the Tulsa 66ers, which was his last team before heading to Asia.
