Morgan Lewis dealt to London Lightning

Morgan LewisMorgan Lewis (1.93m, college: Findlay) has been traded from the Oshawa Power (Canada-NBL) to the London Lightning in exchange for a 3rd round draft pick in the 2013 NBL Draft, as well as monetary compensation.

Lewis and the Power were unable to come to terms on a new contract, so decided to find a way to move on that was mutually beneficial.

Morgan averaged 16.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in his first season in the NBL. He was the #1 overall pick in the 2011 NBL Draft, which was their first season, making Morgan the first player ever drafted in the newly formed league.
