Mika Vukona added by Virtus Acea

Virtus Acea Roma (Italy-Serie A) has agreed to terms with Mika Vukona (198 cm) this 2015 and will be bringing him in to reinforce their roster. Vukona is a 32-year-old veteran who has dual citizenship from Fiji and New Zealand. He has been a member of the New Zealand national team from 2005 to 2014. This 2014/15 Mika played for the Australian NBL club New Zealand Breakers. In 32 games he posted averages of 8.3 ppg and 6.7 rpg. After that run he joined Fico Finance Nelson Giants (New Zealand-NBL) where he played a couple of games and averaged 10.5 ppg and 8.5 rpg.
