Melvin Ejim signs with Medi Beyreuth

Medi Bayreuth (Germany-BBL) are reinforcing their roster with the addition of Melvin Ejim (198 cm, Iowa State’14) this 2015/16. Melvin is a 24-year-old Canadian-Nigerian player was a former member of the Canadian national team in 2014. He played his rookie season as a pro in Italy for Virtus Acea Roma (Serie A). Ejim appeared in 18 games for Virtus Acea in the Eurocup and registered averages of 8.1 ppg and 4.3 rpg. He also played 29 games in the domestic Italian league and there he managed to put together averages of 7.7 ppg and 6.3 rpg.
