Mark Holmes goes pro with BC Winterthur

Mark Holmes (198 cm, North Park University’13) has begun his professional basketball career this 2014/15 with the BC Winterthur (Switzerland-LNB). He has already logged his first game with the team under his belt. The American player tallied eighteen points, six rebounds, and two assists of action on the court against Swiss Central Basket in the Swiss Cup. 
In season 2011-12 he led Mississippi Valley State with a 13.9 points per game average. Mark Holmes earned All-CCIW Third Team honors and finished in the top-five in CCIW scoring average. Mark Holmes transferred from Mississippi Valley State following his sophomore year. He averaged 17.4 points and 7.8 rebounds for the North Park team.
