Mario West back with Meralco Bolts

Mario West (195 cm, Georgia Tech’07) is being brought back by the Meralco Bolts (Philippines-PBA) for the ongoing Governor’s Cup, where the club is struggling with an 0-3 record. West has been added a replacement for Terrence Williams, who signed with the team recently. Mario played for the Bolts on two separate occasions, once in 2012 and then again 2013. During his last stint with the team West averaged 24.5 ppg and 8.9 rpg in 13 games.

West began the 2013-14 season playing for Fuerza Regia Monterrey (Mexico-LNBP), where he averaged 12.8 ppg and 4.2 rpg. In March 2014 he moved to SO Maritime Boulogne (France-ProB). In 10 games he produced averages of 8.8 ppg and 4.0 rpg.
