Leroy was raised in Jennings, LA and attended Jennings High School. After graduation, he joined the US Army as a Signal Support Specialist and served in Mannhiem Germany for six years. Following his service, he founded Diamond Auto Scrap and Salvage. “I love basketball and I think my hard work and dedication will allow great success for the Louisiana Gators for years to come,” stated Cain. My wife and I have put together a terrific group of people with a wide variety of skill sets to handle all of the many initiatives necessary to run a successful business. We have been welcomed by the city of Lake Charles and will make the entire area very proud of us.”
