Levan Patsatsia leaves Nizhny Novgorod

BC Nizhny Novgorod (Russia-VTB) has parted ways with Georgian forward Levan Patsatsia (198 cm, Troy’11). The player has been a member of the Georgian national team from 2011 to 2014. He joined the club in November 2014. Levan began the 2014/15 season playing for MIA Academy Tbilisi (Georgia-Superleague) where he was able to play three games and average 13.3 ppg and 8.7 rpg. During his run with Nizhny Novgorod Levan played in a dozen VTB United League games and posted averages of 2.2 ppg and 2.1 rpg. He also appeared in 11 Turkish Airlines Euroleague games and registered averages of 1.1 ppg and 2.3 rpg.
