Lamar Odom in Critical Condition

Former Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom is currently in a coma and his heart is failing. Odom is also experiencing problems with his lungs and kidneys. He remains in critical condition and is able to breathe with the assistance of machines. The 35-year-old Odom was found unconscious in his VIP suite at a brothel in Nevada. Lamar was reportedly partying there for several days and allegedly was taking a herbal substitute for Viagra. Odom was selected fourth overall in the 1999 draft by the Los Angeles Clippers, where he spent the first four years of his career. His career spanned 14 years. He won the Sixth Man of the Year Award in 2010-11. He is a two-time NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers (2009, 2010).
