Kyle Lamonte joins Pieno Zvaigzdes

Kyle Lamonte (191 cm, William Carey’08) has penned a deal that will take him to Lithuania this 2014-15 season, as a new member of Pieno Zvaigzdas Pasvalys (Lithuania-LKL). The 30-year-old from Davenport, Iowa began the 2013-14 season playing for Guerreros de Bogota (Colombia-Liga DirecTV).  In 27 games Lamonte showed his scoring prowess with averages of 20.7 points per game. He rounded out his stat line with 4.3 rpg and 4.0 apg. In January 2014 he moved to Hebraica Macabi Montevideo (Uruguay-LUB) and there he averaged 22.0 ppg and 5.5 rpg in 15 games. In 2014 he returned to the Guerreros and played another 15 games where he averaged 18.4 ppg, 4.3 rpg and 5.0 apg.
