Juan Carlos Navarro out indefinitely

Juan Carlos Navarro will miss a part of Barcelona’s season after picking up a hamstring injury the club has announced. The veteran guard suffered the injury during the weekend victory over Gran Canaria in the Spanish Liga Endesa, it is thought to be serious although further tests are needed. The club has announced that Navarro will be out indefinitely until a recovery timeline is set.

A stalwart of Barcelona’s team, Juan Carlos Navarro is in his 18th season with the Spanish giant and was due to play a key role in another Barca assault on the Spanish league and Euroleague. Barcelona are currently unbeaten over four games at the start of the campaign.
