Peristeri BC Athens has bolstered its roster by adding two new players. They have added veteran NBA guard Smush Parker, and the 26-year-old Jonathan Mitchell (200 cm, Rutgers’11). The Rutgers alum started the 2012-13 season playing for Greentops Netanya from Israel’s Winner League. He played six games for them and averaged 12.2 ppg and 3.8 apg. In January 2013 he moved to Elizur Ashkelon, also from Israel’s Winner League. He played only one game there and tallied 16 points and five rebounds in that outing.

He spent the 2011-12 season playing in Spain’s LEB Gold for C.B. Tarragona 2017. He averaged 12.9 ppg and 4.3 rpg in 31 games.
