Jason McCoy returns to Uruguay

Nacional De Futbol Montevideo of the Uruguayan LUB added to the team roster by signing Jason McCoy (206 cm, Wisconsin-Milwaukee´06) for the season. It has been a busy summer for the power forward/center as he has been trying out with Mets de Guaynabo (Puerto Rico, BSN). However much of the American´s 2012/2013 season was hampered by injury and he hardly put any minutes on the floor.

McCoy last played consistently during the 2011/2012 season for Sayago (Uruguay, LUB). He featured in eleven games and averaged 14.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game.

Jason McCoy will be glad to be back in action this season and will be looking to use his experience. He has previously played in Taiwan, Belarus, Venezuela, Slovenia, Lebanon, Czech Republic, Turkey, and Montenegro.
