Jason Kapono asks to leave Panathinaikos

Jason Kapono
American forward Jason Kapono (201 cm, UCLA’03) has requested to leave Panathinaikos (Greece, A1 and Euroleague). The experienced former NBA star is reportedly unhappy with the amount of game time he has been getting with the Greek giants. The 32-year old has played 9 A1 games and 8 Euroleague games this season and in the latter he has averaged 7.4ppg and 1.0rpg.

Jason Kapono is a massively experienced former NBA operator who has played with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, Toronto Raptors, Philadelphia 76ers, and the Los Angeles Lakers. He signed with Panathinaikos in December 2012 but has not had the court time he had wanted and has now asked to leave the team.
