Jarvis Garner moves to Jeddah

Jarvis GarnerJarvis Garner (201 cm, Central Arkansas’13) will continue is rookie season in Saudi Arabia after signing for Al Ahli Jeddah (Premier League). Earlier in the season the forward penned his first professional contract with Atletico Argentino Junín (Argentina, Liga A) but left the team after just a few months in South America. The 22 year old impressed during his senior college season playing for Central Arkansas in the NCAA. The American played 28 games for Arkansas and averaged well with 15.9 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.1 steals per game.

Jarvis Garner had a good season during the 11/12 campaign, collecting numbers of 10.6 points and 6.0 rebounds per game from 29 appearances. He will now begin his second professional post in Saudi Arabia with Al Ahli for what will be his first time playing Basketball in the Middle East.
