Jaron Jones leaves Solna Vikings

Jaron Jones (198 cm, Eastern Kentucky’12) has asked to be released from his contract with the Solna Vikings (Sweden-Basketligan) due to personal reasons. The 25-year-old guard was able to play in six games before his departure and was able to deliver averages of 12.3 ppg and 4.2 rpg. He joined the Vikings after playing a brief stint in Mexico’s CIBACOPA, playing four games for the Mineros de Cananea. Jaron posted averages of 15.3 ppg and 5.0 rpg. In 2012-13 he played one game for Pizza Express Apollon Limassol (Cyprus-Division A) and tallied nine points and four rebounds.
