James Nunnally moves to Maccabi Ashdod

James Nunnally (201 cm, UCSB’12) is making his way to Maccabi Ashdod (Israel-Winner League) after the season with Tuenti Movil Estudiantes Madrid (Spain-Liga Endesa). He played seven games for the Spanish team and averaged 9.4 ppg and 2.3 rpg.He began the 2013-14 season playing for the Phoenix Suns. He was released in October. James then signed with D-League team Bakersfield Jam and there he 25 games and posted averages of 18.4 ppg and 4.6 rpg. Nunnally was then signed by the Atlanta Hawks in January 2014. In four games for the Hawks the forward averaged 4.5 ppg and 2.0 rpg. The next month he signed with the Frisco Texas Legends (D-League) and there he averaged 17.3 ppg and 3.8 rpg in 10 games. James found his way back to the NBA, this time with the Philadelphia 76ers. In nine games he averaged 2.6 ppg and 1.2 rpg.
