Jakov Vladovic joins Ljubljana

Jakov Vladovic (187 cm) has joined Slovenian powerhouse BC Union Olimpija Ljubljana (Telemach League, Adriatic League, and Euroleague) for the season. It is believed the possibility of a break in the contract after one month has been included in the deal. The Croatian player has been brought in as a replacement for American guard Cedric Jackson (191 cm, Cleveland State´09).

Jakov Vladovic also played last season in Slovenia for Krka Novo Mesto (Telemach and Adriatic League) where he featured in six Eurochallenge games and averaged 10.7 points and 4.8 rebounds per game. The guard also took to the court in 26 Adriatic League games and picked up numbers of 8.3 points and 4.3 assists.

Vladovic is an extremely experienced player in Croatia and has also played in Bosnia and Russia.
