Jackson Vroman inks with AEK Athens

AEK Athens (Greece-A1) has added depth to its frontcourt with the signing of veteran journeyman Jackson Vroman (208 cm, Iowa State’04). He most recently played three games for the Capitanes de Arecibo (Puerto Rico-BSN) in the Liga Americas. Vroman produced averages of 5.7 ppg and 4.3 rpg. Jackson spent his 2013-14 season playing for the Jiangsu Nangang Dragons Nanjing from China’s CBA. In 25 games he posted averages of 14.4 ppg and 10.4 rpg. Aside from his double-double average he was also effective for his team on defense with 2.8 spg and 2.2 bpg.
