Jack Taylor, scoring mark holder, breaks wrist

Jack Taylor, the Grinnell College sophomore who broke the NCAA single-game scoring record with 138 points during a game in November, 2012, has broken his wrist and will be out for the rest of the 2012-13 season.

Taylor, playing in a contest against Cornell (Iowa) on Wednesday, broke the radius of his shooting arm requiring surgery to insert a pin to help it heal. At the time of the injury, Taylor was averaging 36.3 points per game.
