Ivan Kuzmanic to coach Aalborg

Ivan Kuzmanic will be the new head coach of the Aalborg Vikings (Denmark-Ligaen) this 2014/15 season. He is coming in as a replacement for James Vear, who left the club due to personal reasons. Vear, a British national, coached the Vikings for the 2013/14 season. Kuzmanic has dual citizenship from Serbia and Croatia. He will be bringing in some fresh perspective and coaching direction for the team. Ivan has had some previous experience with Danish basketball, having coached the Virum Vipers from Denmark’s 1st Division in 2011/12 and led them to the division finals while he was at the helm of the franchise.
