Ivan Buva added by Cantu

Pallacanestro Cantu (Italy-SerieA) has opted to strengthen their frontcourt with the addition of Croatian big man Ivan Buva (208 cm) this season. He is transferring from HKK Siroki Primorka (Bosnia-Division I) which just wrapped up a disappointing run in the Adriatic league. Buva managed to log 26 games for Siroki Primorka in the mentioned international regional league and he posted averages of 10.8 ppg and 6.0 rpg.

Cantu will be only his second team outside of Croatia. In 2012-13 he was on the roster of KK Cedevita Zagreb (Croatia-A1). Ivan appeared in a couple of Adriatic league games for them, but he failed to score. In eight Croatian A1 league games he averaged6.5 ppg and 3.4 rpg.
