Ike Ofoegbu

Maccabi Electra Tel-Aviv (Israel-Winner League) is strengthening its frontcourt this 2015-16 after landing Ike Ofoegbu (205 cm, SMU’07). He is a Nigerian-American international player who was a former member of the Nigerian national team in 2011. Ike spent the preseason with Tuenti Movil Estudiantes Madrid (Spain-Liga Endesa), before putting pen to paper to come and play for the yellow shirts. He last saw hoops action in 2015 for the Capitanes de Arecibo (Puerto Rico-BSN). In 18 games Ofoegbu produced averages of 6.8 ppg and 3.6 rpg. Ike is no stranger to Israeli hoops.
