Ian Vougioukas joins Ratiopharm Ulm

Greek big man Ian Vougioukas (212 cm, St. Louis’07) is coming in to reinforce the frontcourt of German club Ratiopharm Ulm (BBL) this 2015. Ian has been a member of the Greek national team from 2010 to 2014. The player is moving from Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul (Turkey-TBL). He played nine games for his former team in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and was able to average 2.4 ppg and 1.9 rpg as a reserve.

In 2013/14 Vougioukas suited up for Unics Kazan (Russia-PBL). He played 22 games for them in the Eurocup and averaged 11.0 ppg and 3.4 rpg. He also logged a dozen games in the Russian league and there he posted averages of 9.1 ppg and 3.5 rpg.
