Hakeem Rollins to Regatas Corrientes

Hakeem Rollins (203 cm, Washington’05) is a new addition to the roster of the Regatas Corrientes (Argentina-LigaA) this 2014-15. The Corrientes currently lead the Norte conference of the Liga A with a 7-1 record and they decided to bring in someone who has had previous experience in the league. In  2013-14 Hakeem played for a different team in the same league, the Libertad Sunchales. In 42 games the American import produced averages of 13.0 ppg and 8.3 rpg.

Before his recent run in the top Argentinian league, he stopped over Venezuela’s LPB where he played just two games for the Trotamundos de Carabobo and averaged 3.0 ppg and 2.0 rpg.
