Frankie Sullivan pens with Rovinari

Frankie Sullivan (185 cm, Auburn’13) is the latest addition to the roster of Romanian club CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu (Liga Nationala) this 2014-15. The team is currently in fifth place in the Romanian league with a 3-2 record and the addition of Sullivan will help strengthen their backcourt rotation. In his rookie season (2013-14), Frankie spent the preseason with the Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt (Germany-BBL). He later moved on to join Kouvot Kouvola (Finland-Korisliiga), where he was able to play nine games and averaged 19.4 ppg and 5.4 rpg. His strong play in the Finnish league got him an invite to join the Crailsheim Merlins from Germany’s Pro A league and there he averaged 9.3 ppg and 2.5 rpg in 22 games.
