DeAnthony Bowden moves to Brampton A’s

DeAnthony Bowden (186 cm, Creighton’03) is set to make his return to Canada’s NBL this season after signing with the Brampton A’s. The 34-year-old veteran guard played for the London Lightning (Canada-NBL) for two seasons, from 2011-13. In 2012-13 he played 47 games for the Lightning and was able to produce averages of 10.9 ppg and 5.0 apg. In 2011-12 he recorded 39 games with the club and posted averages of 14.2 ppg and 4.4 apg. During both seasons he helped the team finish atop of the league at the end of the regular season and also go on to win back-to-back NBL Canada championships.
