Daniel Kickert signs with Azovmash

Daniel Kickert (208 cm, St. Mary’s, California’’06) will be playing for Azovmash Mariupol (Ukraine-Superleague) this 2013-14 season. The Aussie player, who also holds a Dutch passport, will be playing for his third Ukrainian team in two seasons.

In 2012-13 he initially played 28 games for Dnipro Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine-Superleague) and averaged 17.6 ppg and 5.7 rpg. In March 2013 he moved to Budivelnyk Kyiv, also from the Superleague and there he averaged 9.2 ppg and 3.9 rpg in 17 games. He was able to help Kyiv win the Ukrainian Superleague championship this 2013.
