Corye Payton added by Al Nahda

Corye Payton (196 cm, Wilmington’12) is now a newcomer to Al Nahda Al Khobar (Saudi Arabia-Premier League) this 2014-15. The guard is coming off a four-game stint with Club Atletico Montevideo (Uruguay-LUB). He averaged 12.8 ppg and 4.0 rpg during his brief run in South America. He is no stranger to hoops in the Middle East. In 2013-14 Payton played in Kuwait for Al Arabi (D1) and in 37 games Corye put together averages of 20.2 ppg and 6.1 rpg.

In 2012-13 he played for MBK Banik Handlova (Slovakia-Extraliga) and there he posted averages of 9.7 ppg and 2.6 rpg for his rookie campaign.
