Corey Walden goes Pro with Antwerp

Corey Walden (188 cm, Eastern Kentucky’15) will begin his professional career this 2015/16 season with the Port of Antwerp Giants (Belgium-Scooore League). The Giants got only as far as the quarterfinals in the 2014/15 postseason and would like to improve on their finish in the upcoming season. Walden will get an opportunity to make an instant impact with his new team. Corey played 31 games for Eastern Kentucky during his senior year and was able to record averages of 19.1 ppg and 4.0 apg. He was named to the All-OVC 1st Team and the NABC All-District 19 1st Team in 2015.
