Christophe Massie signs with Panteras

Christophe Massie

Christophe Massie (206 cm, Memphis’03) has signed a deal to play for Panteras de Miranda of Venezuela LPB. Massie has played previously in Bosnia (Igokea), Greece (Gymnastikos Olympia Larissas and Trikalla), Israel (Ironi Ashkelon), Italy (Livorno, Fabriano and Air Avellino) and Spain (Herbalife Gran Canaria 2014).

Massie started this season playing in France for JSF Nanterre in the Pro A. There, he averaged 9.3 ppg and 5.2 rpg, as a replacement for Rashuann Freeman. Last year he played in the French Pro B for Limoges CSP Elite. Christophe Massie averaged a double-double with 12.6 ppg and a league-leading 11.0 rpg. He led the team to win the league title and move up to the Pro A.

    Excellent big man. Don’t understand why he didn’t move higher than France.
