Jiri Welsch joins CEZ Nymburk

Jiri WelschJiri Welsch (199cm) has agreed to return to his home to suit up for CEZ Nymburk (Czech Republic-NBL) after 11 seasons of professional ball outside the CR that included four in the NBA with Golden State, Milwaukee, Boston and Cleveland. Welsch was the 16th pick overall in the 2002 NBA draft, being selected by the Philadelphia 76ers. Upon being drafted he was draft rights were traded to the Golden State Warriors. Most recently he suited up for Belgacom Spirou (Belgium-Ethias League).
