Casper Ware parts with Granarolo Bologna

Casper Ware (178 cm, Long Beach State’12) has left Italian Serie A team Granarolo Bologna after playing 22 games for them in 2013-14. Ware was able to average 11.7 ppg and 2.2 apg during his run with Granarolo Bologna. He played 2012-13 in Italy’s Lega Due for Novipiu Casale Monferrato. In 36 games playing in the Lega Due Ware averaged 20.4 ppg and 4.2 apg, decent averages for his rookie season as a pro. Novipiu Casale reached as far as the semifinals in Lega Due in 2013.

Ware now hits free agency and will be looking for a team in need of a capable scoring guard.
