Brion Rush signs short-term deal with Chalon
Brion Rush (186 cm, Grambling State’06) has signed a temporary deal with French Pro A team Chalon. There, he will replace the injured Marcus Denmon. This is by all means a remarkable signing. Rush signed the biggest contract of his life last year with Krasnie Kilya in Russia, and soon was labeled “the most overpaid player in the history of the Russian league” by fans and journalists. Brion Rush himself did not think so. He thanked his agent by dumping him and replacing him with somebody else who promised “millions” and a role as the starting point guard of the Montenegrin national team (he received a passport without any questions asked). But the millions were not delivered and Rush was not even selected for the Montenegrin National team, despite his passport. In the end, the undersized shooting guard stayed unemployed until today, and even now he only has a temporary deal. What a terrible misjudgment and a blow to the career of Rush.

This player is too weak and soft for serious basketball. He doesn’t worth even top French contracts, though was one of the top overpaid americans in Russia.
Good player, he is pure 2!!! Hope they brought him as 2.
all players think they are better then they really are. he will still do well for chalon for the short term.
I do think this player was over-rated and, obviously, overpaid in Russia. He is not PG, he is an undersized SG for high-level, he is not s shooter for average level.
If he was so good he would have played in the Euroleague making millions. He is just an average player for average teams in average leagues.
you get what you deserve, it goes both for the player and the agent-exagent
Incredible story! Some of these players think that they are MUCH better than what they really are… Mr. Rush belongs to that category obviously!
FAIL !!
