Brian Qvale leaves Bayreuth

Brian QvaleBrian Qvale (210 cm, Montana’11) has said goodbye to Medi Bayreuth (Germany, BBL) after one season with the club. The American big man played 33 games as part of the clubs’ starting frontcourt and averaged 13.2 points and 6.1 rebounds in a solid campaign. However, the center has decided to leave to find another club for the 2014/2015 season.

Brian Qvale played for Belfius Mons-Hainaut in the Belgian Ethias League during the 2012/2013 season and notched averages of 9.8 points and 6.1 boards from 31 appearances. The 25-year old also took to the court in Six Eurochallenge games and collected averages of 13.3 points and took 9.7 rebounds off the glass. Brian Qvale has also played for Aliaga Petkim in the Turkish TBL since leaving Montana in 2011.
