Brian Cusworth (213 cm, Harvard’07) has left Ratiopharm Ulm from Germany’s BBL. The 29-year-old Harvard grad has returned to the United States. He was found not to be physically fit enough to play and contribute at a level needed by the team. Cusworth signed with Ratiopharm in January 2013, after being released by the D-League’s Maine Red Claws in December 2012. Cusworth played three games for the Red Claws in the 2012-13 season and only managed to average 0.0 ppg and 0.7 rpg.

Cusworth has been dealing with injuries throughout the latter part of his professional career. In the 2010-11 season, he left Assignia Manresa from Spain’s ACB due to injury after playing only one game for the club.
