Brent Petway landed by Banco di Sardegna

Banco di Sardegna Sassari (Italy-Serie A) has landed high-flier Brent Petway (205 cm, Michigan’07) for the upcoming 2015/16 season. The 30-year-old Petway spent the last two seasons on the roster of Greek powerhouse, Olympiacos S.F.P. Pireus (A1). In 2014/15 he played 24 games for them in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and averaged 5.5 ppg and 3.7 rpg. Brent also appeared in 25 games in the domestic Greek league and there he managed to post averages of 6.8 ppg and 5.4 rpg. In 2015 Olympiacos was a Euroleague finalist and won the Greek league championship.
