Brandon Brown re-joins Avellino

Sidigas Avellino (Italy, Serie A) has announced the signing of American forward Brandon Brown (202 cm, Tulan’03) on a two month contract. The 31-year old has been playing this season in Italy’s Lega Due with AceGas Aps Trieste where he averaged 10.8ppg, 2.3rpg, and 1.1apg. The player also played last season in Italy with Serie A outfit Banca Tercas Teramo where he impressed over 31 games with a 10.1ppg average.

The two month deal tying Brandon Brown to Avellino will mark his second stint with the franchise after he also played with the team during the 2005-2006 season. During that first spell Brown played 34 games and posted 15.2ppg, 8.4rpg, and 1.6apg.
