Bobby Dixon inks with Fenerbahce Ulker

Bobby Dixon (178 cm, Troy’06) has agreed to terms on a deal with Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul (Turkey-TBL) for the upcoming 2015/16 season. Bobby is a 32-year-old American player who recently received his Turkish citizenship this 2015. Dixon is moving from another Turkish TBL, Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir, where he has played the last three seasons. In 2014/15 Dixon was able to play 20 games for Karsiyaka in the Eurocup and he averaged 16.8 ppg and 5.2 apg. In the domestic Turkish league, he posted averages of 17.3 ppg and 4.6 apg in 40 games, helping them win the 2015 Turkish league championship. He should be an interesting addition to Fenerbahce’s backcourt rotation this season.
